All our shows are now up and running with good reviews. A big thank you to all our Flying Supervisors for their hard work and here’s to a smooth Christmas season.
Our New Automated performer flying system is up and running in Southampton this Christmas. With Winches provided by HoistUK, combined with our customised components and utilising our adapted Raynok software, Peter will be flying high above the Streets of London and heading straight for Neverland in a smooth fashion. 2nd Star to the right………….
With shows ranging from a Las Vegas aerialist troupe in Battersea Park’s Evolution Christmas Show, Ce Soir, to a new Peter Pan in Southampton, fresh from a run in Dublin’s Grand Canal Theatre, to Dame Edna in Wimbledon’s Dick Whittington. Another Christmas season is underway….
Thankfully the weather is holding as another Season at Glyndebourne Opera starts. Two shows this season headed by Handel’s Rinaldo. One effect with a singer on a bicycle.
Secondly is Rusalka by Dvorak. A slightly more complex show for everyone, in which we have 9 performers in the air. 7 at one time, 3 of which also somersault.
A beautiful setting, as long as the weather stays glorious.
It’s August and we can already say we are all booked up, only for Christmas though so if you have any ideas or projects you would like for us to look into then please get in touch via the ‘contact us’ page.
After a great run in San Fransisco, Peter Pan is now moving to Orange County, California and opens its doors on 28th September 2010.
A big thank you goes out to our fantastic flying department headed by Floyd, without their hard work and dedication the show would not be what it is now so thank you.
“Latest news is that we have moved office – but thankfully not that far! Freedom Flying now occupy Unit 3 (next door to our previous office) which gives us much more room for our growing operation. All our contact details can be found in the ‘Contact Us’ page.
The team here at Freedom Flying would like to thank all who were involved in our projects in 2009, whether directly or indirectly. It was another busy year for us and we thank you for your hard work and support. We’re gearing up to what’s going to be another busy and exciting year, with new and revived productions in America and the UK. Keep in touch!
